The following information is compiled from Red Bluff Police Department, Red Bluff Fire, Tehama County Sheriff’s Department, Corning Police Department, Corning Fire, Cal Fire and California Highway Patrol logs. 

Columbia Avenue: A black lab was running loose at Discovery Academy around 8 a.m. May 20 and was contained in a classroom.

Link Avenue: A large amount of poultry was reported around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Union Street: A rottweiler was loose at Red Bluff High School around 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Robert Lee Baker: 32, of Red Bluff was arrested Wednesday for being a fugitive from justice. No bail was set.

Raquel Lidia Jacinto-Salvador: 36, of Red Bluff was arrested Wednesday and charged with bringing a controlled substance to jail and failure to appear. No bail was set.

Jacob Anthony Kennedy-Cummings: 29, of Corning was arrested Wednesday and charged with receiving known stolen property. No bail was set.

Jose Alfredo Marmolejo: 28, of Orland was arrested Wednesday and charged with felony parole violation. No bail was set.

Solano Street: Two children on a skateboard were almost hit by a car near Taco Bell while playing in the street around 4 p.m. May 18.

Solano Street: Teens were shooting toy guns from a black pickup near Sav-More and a customer was struck several times around 1 a.m. Saturday.

Tehama Street: People in a black pickup were shooting at people with a toy gun at Yost Park around 6 p.m. Sunday.

Toomes Avenue near Solano Street: Children were shooting at people with toy guns around 8 p.m. Sunday.

Sister Mary Columba Drive: A man reported his wife threw a Windex bottle at his head, causing a cut, around 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Stonybrook Drive: A man was arguing with a Hispanic man in a black hat, red shirt and black pants over a stolen television around 2 p.m. Wednesday when the Hispanic man got in a silver Dodge Challenger, pointed a handgun at the man and his wife and threatened to shoot them.

South Main Street: A man in a white shirt was throwing rocks at cars around 10 p.m. Wednesday near the train trestle.

Walnut Street: About 6 shots were reported around 12:45 a.m. Thursday.

Edith Avenue: A woman found a threatening note on her car around 7:15 a.m. May 18 and her tire was flat at Spring Mountain Apartments.

99W: A Hispanic man selling T-shirts between Liquor Cabinet and Jack in the Box offered to sell a person drugs around 2:45 p.m. May 19.

Olive Lane: A woman in a white Ford Fiesta pulled up next to another car and made a lewd comment to the driver around 12:40 p.m. May 20.

Walnut Street, Corning: Two people reported being involved in a scam regarding two $500 gift cards around around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

Fig Lane near Link Avenue: A woman was awakened by a loud noise around 1:20 a.m. Tuesday and saw subject under a vehicle with tools. Later a white truck was attempting to tow a sedan away with a chain.

Cessna Avenue: A man heard a noise at his grandmother’s home around 12:20 a.m. Wednesday and saw a man in a black T-shirt and jeans walking away from the property.

White Road: A man, 5′ 7″ with blond hair and a thin build, a red hat and a red rag in his back pocket was casing houses in the area around 10 a.m. Wednesday.

South Main Street: A man reported finding a television wrapped in plastic in the bushes just inside the entrance to Leisure Lake Estates around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Kemper Avenue near Woodlawn Street: A woman was heard screaming for help around 10 p.m. Wednesday.

South Avenue: A man stole electronic items from Love’s Truck Stop around 6:30 a.m. May 18.

Short Drive: A catalytic converter was reported stolen at Corning Ford around 11 a.m. May 20.

Link Avenue: A catalytic converter was reported stolen around 2:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Bulkeley Street: A curling iron and bag of miscellaneous items were reported stolen around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Lobinger Avenue: A ski boat, jet ski and a four-wheeler were reported stolen around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday.
