The alloy infinite chill roll has fine intergranular graphite in its working layer.The size, shape and distribution of graphite and carbides can be controlled by chilling and alloy content.Because of the addition of manganese, chromium, nickel, molybdenum and other alloying elements, the matrix can change from pearlite and bainite to martensite.In addition, the presence of a small amount of fine graphite not only improves the spalling resistance, thermal crack resistance and wear resistance of the roll, but also the hardness of the working layer of the roll is very small.Used in bar, wire, section mill rolling, finishing mill stand.

Raw material chemical analyse according to client's requirement
From melting ,casting ,rough machining ,heat treatment and finish machining ,each process is separate and inspection is recorded .all the records will be in documents and can be traced if any process is wrong
After finish machining ,UT,PT and hardness will be inspected to meet the client's requirement
